your
hot & cold relax experience

Your session cycles through three stages for a full body reset

  1. Warm Up - 8 minutes
Ease into heat, gently raising body temperature and circulation

  2. Cool Down - 3 minutes*
Take the plunge! Breathe deeply, surrender to the chill, and let the contrast stimulate recovery. *If you’re new to contrast therapy, tart with moments at a time, and take deep grounding breathes

  3. Rest + Repeat
Finish with 5 minutes in red light therapy to boost your body’s energy. Be conscious of your breath + stretch lightly to keep your body in movement
