Halotherapy
Salt therapy, or halotherapy, is an all-natural approach to finding relief that involves breathing in dry salt deep into your airways and lungs. Using a halogenerator, we replicate the therapeutic environment of salt mines to alleviate most respiratory, lung, and skin conditions.
Infrared Sauna
The air in a traditional sauna is heated, and that hot air, in turn, heats your body, but it does not penetrate your skin. Infrared sauna treatments produce heat through a penetrating wavelength that can enter your body’s soft tissue and deliver benefits on a cellular level.
