HOT COLD RELAX SUITE

Our private Hot Cold Relax Suite is designed to combine the benefits of infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas are used to raise the core temperature of your body gradually to allow for whole-body thermotherapy. This thermotherapy helps to heal the body from the ―inside out‖. By letting the body warm up this way, you can sweat things out at a more comfortable temperature than traditional saunas. Enjoy the benefits of our exclusive halotherapy (dry salt therapy) during your sauna phase

Cold Plunges

Cold water immersion activates the body’s natural healing powers and can provide long-lasting changes to your body’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory and digestive systems that enhance the overall quality of your life.

Red Light Therapy

Enhance your wellbeing with the power of red light therapy. Near-infrared and red light therapy can produce more energy, decrease inflammation and help build the cell defense systems to increase immunity response.

experience our exclusive contrast therapy program

Contrast therapy involves alternating between periods of hot and cold temperatures. This allows you to maximize both benefits, as a recovery technique to treat physical pain, injuries, and soreness. Individually, hot therapy and cold therapy are both popular recovery methods and when applied correctly and together, you can get even more benefits to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and speed up the healing process. If you’re new to contrast therapy, let us break it down for you…

Cold
Take the plunge into cold, sanitary water. If this is your first time using the cold plunge, experts recommend plunging for moments at a time (10-30 seconds). Over time, you are able to control your breathing and adapt to longer cold exposure (1-3 minutes, do not exceed 5 minutes).

Benefits

Lymphatic System Detox

By switching from sitting in an infrared sauna to taking a cold water plunge, your body triggers the lymphatic system to start working overtime. The system quickly starts flushing away any harmful toxins you may have in your body, and help to promote the regeneration of healthy cells throughout your entire body.

Reduce Inflammation

When we dip into cold water, we constrict a lot of the blood vessels and this helps to reduce swelling and inflammation caused by the body sending too much blood to the affected area.

Regulate

Taking the plunge increases stimulation of the main receptors in your nervous system. While your body adjusts to the cold, sympathetic activity declines, while parasympathetic activity increases, which leads to long-term improvements in mood, pain management, wellbeing and resilience.

Promote Circulation

By cycling between hot and cold environments, your body naturally increases blood flow. This can help improve vascular and cardiac response and overall health.

Mood Boost

Cold exposure may lead to you feeling happier, more energized and productive.

Use of cold plunge and contrast therapy is not for everyone.
